Every added procedure adds to the total amount of stimulation the skin has to recover from. More steps are only useful when each one has a clear role.

Combination should have a clear reason

A combination can make sense, but the package itself is not proof of suitability. I would want the purpose, recovery plan, and total treatment load to make sense for that skin.
