Only my eyelids are red and flaky. Can I use my usual face cream?

I would be cautious about experimenting around the eyes. I would also check which products contact the area and whether there is swelling or eye discomfort. The eyelid area is thin and easily irritated, so products that are tolerated elsewhere on the face are not automatically suitable there.
