My eczema has settled. Can I have a peel now?

I would not clear a peel from the fact that the flare looks quieter today. I would want the skin to be genuinely stable, not simply less visibly flared for a day or two, before considering extra stimulation.

A quiet flare does not automatically mean the skin is ready

Tell the treating professional when it last flared, what treatment you use, and whether there is still sensitivity. For an exfoliating procedure, discuss suitability with your clinician first.
