Can I leave a sheet mask on overnight?

Only use a product overnight if that is what its instructions specify. Leaving a product on longer than directed can increase exposure without giving you a better result.

Longer is not automatically better

A sheet mask is not automatically an overnight treatment, and longer use is not automatically better. Remove it if it stings or becomes uncomfortable; recurring redness after use is a reason to stop and reassess.
