Can I do microneedling at home to save money?

I would not provide a home needling protocol. Devices that puncture the skin can cause injury, infection, or scarring when used inappropriately. Because the skin is being punctured, hygiene and correct treatment selection matter in a way that cannot be reduced to copying a device setting.
