Can eye cream get rid of dark circles?

Sometimes skincare can help the appearance, but dark circles have different causes. The treatment has to match whether the darkness is mainly pigment, vascular colour, puffiness, or shadow from facial structure.

Dark circles do not all have the same cause

Pigment, visible vessels, puffiness, and shadows from facial structure do not respond in the same way. A cream cannot reliably correct a structural hollow. Look at whether the change is longstanding or new, and get new or unusual symptoms assessed before treating them as a cosmetic concern.
