• We are open by appointment only.

• A credit card is required to secure your appointment. If no card is available, we accept E-transfer ($50 non-refundable deposit) to prevent no-shows, sudden cancellations, or last-minute rescheduling.

• We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.​

• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. We allow a grace period of up to 15 minutes; after that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened out of respect for other booked clients.
